1. Purpose
You Agency provides digital boosting services, including but not limited to the sale of followers, likes, comments, and views for social networks such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, with the aim of expanding our clients’ digital presence.
2. Terms of Use
2.1. The customer agrees to provide true, complete, and up-to-date information required for the proper execution of the contracted services.
2.2. The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that contracting and using the services complies with the rules, policies, and terms of use of the platform where the boosting will be performed.
2.3. It is strictly prohibited to use You Agency services for illegal, fraudulent purposes, or in a way that violates third-party rights.
3. Delivery Timeframes
3.1. Estimated delivery timeframes will be provided at the time of purchase.
3.2. Delays may occur due to external factors such as platform updates, algorithm changes, technical instability, operational limitations, or any circumstances beyond You Agency’s control.
3.3. In such situations, You Agency commits to keeping the customer informed and completing delivery as soon as possible.
3.4. In exceptional cases, the customer agrees to a maximum timeframe of up to 7 (seven) days for full completion of order delivery.
4. Warranty Policy
4.1. If the service is not delivered within the agreed timeframe due to an exclusive fault of You Agency, the customer may choose to have the service re-executed or receive a proportional refund of the amount paid.
4.2. There is no guarantee of permanent retention of followers, likes, comments, or views, as fluctuations, drops, or removals may occur due to the platforms’ own policies and actions.
5. Limitation of Liability
You Agency is not responsible for:
a) Suspension, blocking, restriction, or any penalty applied to the customer’s accounts due to non-compliance with platform rules;
b) Losses, indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the contracted services.
6. Changes to These Terms
You Agency reserves the right to modify, update, or change these Terms of Use at any time by publishing an updated version. Continued use of the services after such changes implies full acceptance of the new terms.
7. Jurisdiction
The courts of Belo Horizonte – Minas Gerais (Brazil) are elected as the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes arising from these Terms of Use, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged.
8. Platform Independence
You Agency declares that it has no relationship, partnership, affiliation, or association with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or their respective holding companies, affiliates, or subsidiaries. All trademarks, names, and logos mentioned belong exclusively to their respective owners and are used solely for identification of the offered services.
